# Binding rules — Soul Land 4 — Fire Phoenix OC

Derived 2026-09-20. An agent that violates these must rewrite, not justify.

## Learned rules (enforced by the gate)

### D0001 · rejection
**Never treat a receipt whose date precedes the newest active-branch receipt as live state; a superseded chapter must be marked SUPERSEDED or archived**

- what happened: Superseded receipts for Chapter52/53 asserted live status; a new agent would have continued rejected work
- never as achieved fact: `Chapter53 is valid and ready`
- enforced patterns: `Chapter5[23] is valid and ready`

### D0002 · correction
**Yan Shuo current power is Rank39/SP962; any other pair is drift**

- what happened: Yan must never be written as Rank23/SP156 — that value came from a quarantined pre-repair scan
- never as achieved fact: `Rank23/SP156`
- enforced patterns: `Rank\s*23\s*/\s*SP\s*156`
