In one sync, nine serials joined the library: The Fire Phoenix (52 chapters — the complete published layer through “Amiable Beasts”), Lan Shen (7, the dual-track reincarnation), Fire Dragon Lizard (5, complete), Holy Spirit (4, paused), The System Cheat (4 sample chapters, design stage), Dragon Prince Yuan (1), Stark Heir (5 — MCU), MCU Eternal — Varun (3, paused), and the retired SL3 serial’s single gated chapter. With them the library is 312 chapters, 1,351,161 words, 18 serials — every file byte-identical to its source, every machine surface rebuilt, and the sentinel’s twenty-six checks green. Every count on this site is measured from the files; nothing is typed by hand.
A full resync against the sources. The Grey Wolf had missed Chapters 7–10 — “The Third Village”, “Road To Shrek”, “Shrek City”, “The Combat Exam” — and held an older Chapter 6. Supergirl — Adrian Vale stood at fifteen files against seventeen: the Ch9–Ch15 revisions and Chapters 16–17, “Childish Things” Parts 1 and 2, are now in. The Unraveled Tide’s twenty-four files were all older than the source’s 2026-10-11 sentence repair, and came in with it. Thirty-eight files in all — six new, thirty-two replaced — and every chapter on the shelf is now byte-identical to its source. Every count was then re-measured with the site’s own tool: 230 chapters, 955,737 words, with the search index, recaps, analytics, sitemap, badges and front page following. The library also gained the tool that makes this repeatable — tools/sync_shelf.py copies, re-measures, rebuilds every machine surface, and refuses to finish unless a fresh byte comparison finds zero differences. Totals quoted in older entries below are dated records of their day, not today’s count.
The author ordered both chapters deleted whole — “Delete both chapter’s completely” — and they are gone rather than patched a fourth time. They had been struck three times on the Angel God trials: first for inventing the trials out of nothing, then for stopping at the novel when the donghua and manhua carry them too, then for shipping a preview blog’s guess as episode canon. After the third rebuild the call was to remove them, so nothing in them is story state. The serial stands at nine chapters and 25,956 words, all nine gate PASS. The story present is early summer 2620 with the child five months old: he is still the Pope at ninety-seven with two cores and two of the six Angel bones; she is a Titled Douluo at ninety-five with nine rings and is not Pope; the Angel God trials have not been entered; there is no third core. The beat those chapters carried — her confirmation, the method and the pills to the Worship Hall, the trials, the fusion, the third core — stays ruled design, unwritten and waiting, and the trial law filed out of the three strikes governs how it gets written when it does. Shelf total back to 943,404.
The author read the second shipping and asked one question: who said she was already ninety-two, nine rings, Titled at eighteen? Nobody said it. It was invented to fit a misreading of the first correction, and the house rule for invented facts is that they get struck, so both chapters were rebuilt a third time and the invented history is gone. The spine is now the author’s own sequence, and it is better. She stands where the author put her: eighty-nine, eight rings, two years at the wall of ninety, not Titled, because the wall of ninety opens for one thing only and the ring was not there. The pill carries her to the razor edge and keeps pouring — the orchid holds five levels, the tulip six — and by canon’s own bottleneck law the surplus does not vanish: it waits behind the wall, unusable, until a ring opens the door. “I am full, and I am poor.” And at ninety she absorbs her ninth ring: the northern leviathan’s red hundred-thousand, her own kill, and both floods come through together — the waiting medicine first, the red tide behind it — eighty-nine to ninety-five, six levels counted aloud on the page. A Titled Douluo at twenty, the youngest in any record of the continent, and it happens on the page instead of in a backstory. The ring’s two skills are hers and ugly and fit — Web of the Abyss and Deep Hunger — and the hundred-thousand-year torso bone fuses in nine days with Deep Water and The Long Breath and rebuilds her around them. The romance stays as the author ruled it: natural, written, hers. She asks him to stay through the burning. She kisses him first. She comes to his room in the ice port without knocking, and in the morning she says “our daughter” before he does. Ch08 v3: 2,870 words, gate PASS — average 16.4, median 12, longest 60. Ch09 v3: 2,673 words, gate PASS — average 16.2, median 12, longest 55. Serial 25,956 over nine chapters. Shelf total now 943,404.
The author read the first shipping of these two chapters and sent them back, and the house rule is that a struck chapter is rebuilt from scratch, never trimmed. Three things were wrong and all three are receipts now. She was priced too low. Bibi Dong is a Titled Douluo before anything is absorbed — ninety-two, nine rings, Titled at eighteen, the youngest in history, which is canon’s own title for her. The pill was too poor. It is an immortal-herb pill: he flies back to the secret basin and cuts the eight-petalled orchid and the tulip and the fragrant immortal — the herbs that lifted children five and six levels in the canon — binds them with refined whale gum and honey, and she burns five days and comes out at ninety-five. The hundred-thousand was priced at one rank. Canon says a hundred-thousand ring lifts three to six levels, so the red first ring of her second soul takes her ninety-five to ninety-eight, and the hundred-thousand-year torso bone fuses in nine days and gives her Deep Water and The Long Breath, two real skills, not a promise. And the author’s other correction is the warmest one: the romance is natural, and it is written. She asks him to stay through the burning. She names the hatred once, honestly, and kisses him first anyway. She comes to his room in the ice port without knocking. And in the morning she says “our daughter” before he does, and takes the telling: “I will be the one who tells her… and you will be there when I tell her.” Ch08 v2: 2,783 words, gate PASS — average 16.9, median 12, longest 58. Ch09 v2: 2,498 words, gate PASS — average 17.1, median 14, longest 57. Serial 25,694 over nine chapters. Shelf total now 943,142.
North of the warm water, where nobody’s ships go, a whale-class leviathan circles with a lightning scar the width of a road across its flank: one hundred thousand years old, three months out of its first heavenly tribulation, still paying for the sky. He takes the sea away from it with the domain and eats three tail-blows and puts the sword into the winter-milk eye. She climbs inside the burn — the devouring spider drinking, the death spider’s venom poured into the one place a body that size spends all its strength on repair — and her venom is in the wound when the heart stops, so the red ring comes to her. The absorption nearly kills her anyway: channels built to carry black, asked to carry red, tearing along the seams despite the whale gum, the nine-day-old core scar reopening, the newborn core overheating, and him holding what he cannot repair for three days with his own two cores against her spinning grain. A red pillar stands on the northern sea for three days and sailors in the ice ports will tell their grandchildren about the summer the north caught fire. Ninety. The rank came with the ring, as the rank always comes with the ring — the wall of ninety opened by a red ninth ring, at twenty years old, on a continent that holds two or three red rings in total. Two skills no book has ever held: a pressure web and a draining hunger, unnamed on the page because she must name them herself. The ledger is said out loud before she leaves the water: permanent scars, a core that needs years, a sealed hundred-thousand-year torso bone that feeds for years before it gives anything. And then the road goes back to her. “When she is old enough to be told. Will you tell her who I am.” “No.” … “Then it will be me who tells her.” Nothing forgiven, nothing decided for her, unwritten. 2,755 words, gate PASS — average 17.5, median 12, longest 57, nothing over sixty. The watch comes off her door on a morning one month after the child was born — the real lock, and it was his, and he takes it off himself. Then the cellar: fourteen crates of whale gum, bought over four months through nine merchant houses who sold it as a brothel drug, because the coast does not know it is food for the body itself, muscle and bone and meridian, the thing that lets a person carry rings that would have torn them open the week before. One brick of the good grey will buy the tower when the price moves, and the whole of his cleverness is that he found out first. He refines it with her sleeves tied back, and binds the last of the nine-grade fungus into one pill, and three days of burning carry her to the razor edge of eighty-nine. Then he teaches her the core — off his own body, off his own mistakes, because nobody alive can teach it and he remembers every one. The first attempt fails: her two souls pull the press in two directions, the half-grain bursts inside her head, a meridian tears, blood, her arm out of the world. Nine days of recovery, and the talking that goes with it: the price her mother sold her for at eight, his ledger-book pleasure, one question about the child — “Is she warm?” The second attempt succeeds: one furnace, the friction of the two pulls doing the pressing her hands never could, and both spiders stand in the world at the same hour for the first time in her life. A stick of incense’s hold. A newborn grain. A scar that will ache in the cold. And no free rank, said twice in his own mouth: “You are still eighty-nine. The rank comes with the ring.” Her terms stay hers: “nothing you have done has been forgiven or forgotten… the hatred can sit in the corner while other things happen.” 3,359 words, gate PASS — average 15.3, median 12, longest 58, nothing over sixty. The cold breaks on a Tuesday and the child is born four hours later. He has prepared for five weeks: two midwives, boiled linen, a brazier he lit himself, a nurse chosen because she raised six children of her own and has no opinions about the Saintess. And then he stands in the room and discovers that the strongest man in the building, the second strongest on the continent, a man with two gold rings at his feet and a core no living soul master has, cannot do one single thing to help. He holds a wet cloth. The baby is warm like a banked forge and she has a grip on her, and when he takes her the gold comes up around him unbidden and he cannot put it down, and he lets his own blood make a fool of him in front of his daughter. Then her mother sits up, and looks at the child, and her face holds nothing at all — not hatred, which he could have stood in front of — and her hands come off the bedframe. He puts his shoulder between the bed and his daughter. “You did this.” “Yes.” He does not defend himself, and he hands her the whole decision, and what she does after that is hers and stays unwritten. At dawn his father comes alone, and takes the child to the Worship Hall, and he carries her up the hill himself under the Angel God and tells her the one thing nobody in that hall will think to teach her. He knows her whole life from a book he read at fourteen. And then the turn: his blood is not the blood that made her in the book. 2,605 words, gate PASS — average 16.0, median 11, longest 60, nothing over sixty. Shelf total now 937,861. Read Chapter 7
The second ring comes apart at the edge of the two waters, and the seam is worse than the first, because a scar is a place where the body has already learned to let go and this one had not learned anything. His blood weighs the years and keeps less than it kept before. Then the shield does something it has never done: it still comes, exactly as it has for fifty years, and then it hardens into the grain of his own flesh and lies along him instead of hanging around him. The sparrow’s blessing still rises out of his hands, fifteen particles, the same gentle gold, and it still cannot straighten the crooked meridian. And then a second thing comes up out of his chest that he did not call, and puts gold scale along his forearms, and doubles his strength without a drop of soul power. Nothing was taken away. Canon’s only blood-essence bearer keeps his nine rings and their skills, and the golden rings appear when he activates the bloodline — a blood ring is an overlay, not a replacement. So the nine slots stay nine, the bird and the sparrow stay his, and what is new is the blood skill, the body, and the fuel. He grinds the purple chrysanthemum he has carried for five weeks, rolls one pill and swallows it. The medicine goes for the eight vessels, and one of the eight is the meridian a poison opened and that healed crooked. It hits the crook as a flood hits a bent pipe. Then the wall comes down: heaven and earth meet in the middle of him, the nine rings go up, the two cores turn together for the first time, and the third pillar is the tallest of the three. Ninety-seven. And the clock is finally honest. Canon dates the child’s birth to 2620 and the chapter says she is due when the cold breaks, so only about seven months can pass — not the eleven three earlier chapters had been claiming. He comes home in month seven, with the cold not yet broken and a daughter due in five weeks. 3,396 words, gate PASS — average 16.9, median 14, longest 57, nothing over sixty. Shelf total now 935,256. Read Chapter 6
The Pope leaves his own city in a grey coat and is not looked at twice. East, to a basin in the middle of the empire that no man alive knows is there: two springs in one pool, milk and wound, with a line between them that has not moved in ten thousand years. Twelve herbs of the highest grade grow in it. He takes six and leaves six standing, and writes down where the others are — because in twenty-three years a boy will come looking for exactly those. He makes three kinds of pill, sends nine of them home ahead of him to a servant and not to the woman they are for, forges his body in the two waters — and misjudges it: a meridian opens, the domain goes out of him, and only the spring’s greater cold saves him from the flowers at the rim. Then he does the thing he came for. He takes his own first ring apart, and the seam tears instead of opening, and blood comes out of his nose and his ears. Four hundred and twenty years went in — and it came back gold. Not red: red is a dead animal’s age, and this ring stopped being a dead animal’s a year ago. It carries no year at all, and it runs on his blood and not his soul power, which means no man alive can seal it out of him. Only two beings in everything he has ever read have carried a ring like that, and both of them were dragons. A white-gold layer came up along his arms in rows small as a sparrow’s feathers and a halo turned slowly off the ring, and the light went up out of all nine in a pillar seen for a hundred li, six wings out unasked, the pool dipping a finger’s width as the core drank the basin. The surge hit the wall at ninety-seven and the wall held; he is still 96. The bird’s own healing skill came back with the handbrake off. And the cost stayed. 3,380 words, gate PASS — average 14.8, median 12, longest sentence 49, nothing over sixty: the first time this chapter has sat fully inside the house register. Every chapter rewritten from the ground, not patched, after a complete pass over the canon of all six Soul Land series. The codex the Pope writes now carries what he actually knows — the ring ladder, the skill counts, the ranked bones, three rules that are in no book on the continent — and the list of what he withholds is printed in full, because a man who hands out the sky on the first day is a man nobody listens to on the second. The prose is plainer and the sentences are longer: 10,737 words across four chapters, every one inside the house target. Shelf total now 928,185. Read Chapter 1
The author read Chapter 4 and named four faults: a swordsman staged as his teacher; words from the wrong world (“physician”, “politics standing by the bed”); an invented saying quoted as if the books had said it; and prose that read like a normal world rather than a soul master’s world. The chapter was rebuilt whole in the voice of the first three chapters — plain sentences, the Hall’s own words, no invented figures, no metaphor standing in for a fact. It measures 2,784 words and its gate passes; the shelf copy, the index and the search were resynced the same day. Read Chapter 4
A full resync: every serial on the shelf is now byte-identical to its source repository's latest editions — twenty-nine chapter files were behind, worst of all Supergirl — Adrian Vale, whose last eight chapters were old edits (her true total is 59,182 words, not 45,852). Every count on this site was then re-measured from the files: 219 chapters, 928,740 words.
The era’s Angel Douluo, eleven years before Tang San is born: four chapters live — the night after the assault, the codex, the first cut, and the second soul core formed through the sword’s winter. Every one gate-checked for canon, register, and seals. Read the serial.
Search and the sitemap now cover every serial on the shelf — Supergirl — Adrian Vale’s fifteen chapters join the index, the Dragon’s twenty-fourth chapter lands on the map, and every word count on this site is re-measured from the files, never typed.
Canon’s fusion week runs whole — and the harbor asks the boy a harder question: the pig refuses a clean boat, the buy is lost, and the trade’s rule lands. Read the serial.
Su Yan of Glorybound: the city physician's boy, born with the trash beast-soul Luo Sanpao and innate soul power one, walks his own road in the same town where canon's boy walks his. Six chapters live — every one gate-checked for canon fidelity, register and seals.
The spring tests print ten; the Spirit Pagoda's wall is written into the clinic's book; the tin is counted out loud with the door open — and the trade's first coins come home in a boy's hand. Read the serial.
The season's deepest taking, in the canon voice: the bull read for half a summer, the fight at the shallows, the purple light that went down like a stone down a well — and the crossing: thirty paces of open fern, a hound pointing at him, and the quiet held past everything it had ever been asked to hold. Twelve of twenty-four chapters now in the new voice.
The thaw chapter, in the canon voice: the second line taken by other hands, the enemy read honestly for the first time, the thick-paw taken in the window of their going — and the winter panel where the hunters write the beast onto their own list. A thing that signs and does not show itself. Two lists, one country.
Third adaptation checked, third lens: the animated series keeps the novel's explanations, merges its chapters into continuous episodes, and opens each on a complete mini-arc. The Cold Country — the deep forest's winter, the voice's heat-price, the hunger's two faces, the standing lights, and the first line of the war — is written under all three lenses at once. Facts unchanged; gates green.
Everything about him, current and clean: identity, cultivation, body, attributes, skills, the honest combat ledger, every chapter of his life with its DL span and measured words, the live edge, and what comes next. Auto-generated from the serial's authority files on every ship — and the Sentinel now fails the build if it ever goes stale. The dragon — OC status.
The season the deep forest turned on him: the kill that clings to the eater, the craft built out of it (the decoy — the thing that writes), the voice's two lessons, the hunt that reads its way to the bottom of his ledge, the greatness that weighs him and lets him go, and the red thing ridden in the running. A doubled-sentence defect in the old edition is fixed. Facts unchanged; gates green.
The second manhua check went to the source beat page: the manhua fights call-and-response — a named move against a named move, every exchange with a reaction beat — and opens on its biggest panel. The Deep Country is written under the deepened lens: the leaving of the home country, the crossing of the serpent's ground, and the wallow fight beat by beat.
The author asked why we had not checked the manhua. Checked: it opens in the chase, jumps in episode one, gives geography as a one-page insert and world-rules in a single line mid-action. The lens is now law beside the canon voice — open every scene in motion, every beat drawable, big moments get the slow panel — while the novel's explaining narrator stays. The Sense of Years is the first chapter written under both.
The Weight of Blood (the husk he would not eat; the thing in the ravine), The Hunger That Has No Meal (the shout in the blood held down; the old stag; the first barrier), and Greater Than the Wall (the crossing itself — the storm, the fasting, the roar, the sense of years). Every fact unchanged; the telling now reads like the source.
The author ruled the style wrong again and pointed at the source itself: write it like Soul Land canon is written. The canon text was fetched and studied, the law written from receipts — the narrator explains, feelings are named plainly, world-rules are stated once in plain words. Chapters 1–3 are live in the new voice (he is the little Devouring Dragon now); the rollout continues chapter by chapter, every fact unchanged.
The opposite country: distance the ruler, the high kinds' teaching, the warmth map, and the thin bargain. The scree wrong — the mountain's memory of noise — and the first pass crossed in the gray kind's company. 2,198 words, PANEL: NONE, sweep PASS 24/24.
Five serials, 181 chapters + the Tide's Chapter 8-B, ~767K words of chapter text — every one gate-checked before it ships. Full-text search across every chapter, the Sentinel (workspace health), the Douluo Calendar, prose analytics, covers, reading progress.
Blue Silver — Book One (complete, ends on THE KEEPER) · The Devouring Dragon — Volume One (Ch 1–20) · The Adaptive Prodigy — complete (116 chapters). EPUB 3 with covers, on the releases; the OPDS catalog adds them to your reader app.
The North Road — the pacing law's first time-skip chapter, six quiet years told in summary. The Road Itself — the reversal, the first deep meal, the hunted week, and the pass country found. Both PANEL: NONE, sweep PASS.
The live serial moves near-daily (P-13 months-and-canon law signed the same day); the Library snapshots it at build time — the freshest chapters always live in the source repo.
The author ruled the recent style wrong: too much poetry, too much summary. Chapters 19–24 have been rewritten in clear, simple, scene-first prose — every fact and event unchanged, every chapter re-gated before republishing. The corrected text is live now.
Devouring Dragon Chapter 21, The Watch and the Pass, read aloud — the watch, the crossing inside the river, and the reading. Narrated edition on the new Listen page.
The road and the pull come apart at a ford; the water road begins (absence instead of belonging); the bad ground is crossed under a walker's attention — and the red thing is held alone this time, no river to carry it out. Then the mountains stand on the world's edge, and the pull points. 2,447 words, PANEL: NONE, sweep PASS 23/23.
Two years inside the old forest: the walked roads are the camouflage (pattern is belonging), the fern hall teaches what off-road strangeness costs, the water is the one ground the forest cannot read — and on a rock spine, THE LEAN: the pull settles east of north, toward the far mountains. 2,367 words, PANEL: NONE, sweep PASS 22/22.
The live serial shipped twice while we swept: Ch 7 *Three Months* (the P-13 months-and-canon law) and Ch 8 *The Sect Behind the Smoke* (the G09 sect-join). The Library snapshots at build time — the freshest chapters always live in the source repo.
The pass's arc complete: the watch's hours, the old grazer's taking (no crows — the pass keeps everything), the crossing inside the river, THE READING — beneath notice, not mercy. 2,017 words, PANEL: NONE, sweep PASS 21/21. Volume Two opens here; Volume One (Ch 1–20) is on the releases.
